World record Bugatti Veyron up for grabs

Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse World Record Edition

SHE’S the woman who sold the best part of £20 million worth of cars in a single year.

Now H.R. Owen’s brand director for Bugatti, Anita Krizsan, is gearing up for the sale of the world’s fastest open top car.

It is the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse World Record Edition, currently on show at the H.R. Owen showroom in London’s Berkeley Square and up for grabs at a princely £1,795,000.

The Veyron is finished in black carbon fibre with orange painted Arancia carbon fibre details and features black and orange leather and alcantara upholstery.

Bugatti3In fact the colour scheme was conceived for the car’s record-breaking speed attempt in April 2013 when it reached a speed of 254.04mph – making the 1,184bhp flyer officially the world’s fastest open top model.

It is also the ultimate incarnation of the iconic Bugatti. Of the 450 Veyrons built over nine years only 150 were roadsters, just eight of which were world record editions.

The sale car was originally registered in October 2013 and has had one owner since, covering 1,130 miles over its lifetime.

The Veyron remains the most exclusive Bugatti ever made, at least until the release of the Chiron later this year.

Bugatti2Anita Krizsan said: “It was a pleasure to sell this car to its first owner the first time around, and we are delighted that our unique relationship with our clients means that we have the opportunity to help the car find its second owner.

“This is a fantastic example of an iconic car, which has been meticulously cared for in its life so far. It will make for a wonderful investment for collectors and enthusiast alike.”

Anita is a leading authority on Bugatti, proving one of the brand’s most successful sales people in the world. She sold a record 11 Bugatti Veyrons in 2012.
