Range Rover Evoque smoulders with style

LAND ROVER is launching a new special edition variant of its top selling Range Rover Evoque – and it comes smouldering with style.

Called the ‘Ember’ edition, it sports a striking red and black theme and is based on the HSE Dynamic trim grade.

A Firenze Red roof contrasts with the Santorini Black body colour and is set off with matching exterior design touches, like EVOQUE tailgate badges in black with a silver surround and Narvik Black RANGE ROVER lettering on the bonnet.

Evoque fans also get Black Pack elements like Satin Black 20-inch alloy wheels, Dynamic black exhaust finishers, Dynamic Narvik Black grille and darkened front and rear lights.

And the Ember theme continues inside courtesy of Ebony Black seats with contrasting red stitching, black and red carpet mats and gloss black trim finishes.

The new 2017 model year Evoque also offers next-generation InControl Touch Pro infotainment across the range, providing a 10.2-inch tablet-style pinch and zoom touchscreen control and customisable home screen.

Land Rover studio director Phil Simmons said: “We wanted to give the Range Rover Evoque Ember Special Edition a sporty feel; contrasting the intensity of the Firenze Red with Santorini Black really shows off the Evoque’s stand-out proportions.”

The Ember edition is up for grabs over a three-month period this summer with deliveries expected from September and prices starting from £47,200.
